IKF Finance is one of the prominent NBFCs in India, it was incorporated in 1991. With a vision of being among the premier league of asset financing they have crossed management of assets of worth Rs.1740+ crores.

The company has an experience of 30+ years and are present in 9 states of the country with over 99 branches. It is recording significant increase in Revenue, Profit and Earning Per Share every year. It has built strong relationship with 30+ lenders, some of them are SBI, HDFC Bank, PNB, Union bank, ICICI Bank and many more. It is also a technology supportive organisation and have used technology appropriately as it has a well managed web based portal, a mobile application for customers and a partner/dealer portal.  

IKF Finance mainly serve as an Asset Management company, the main  services they offer include providing of Commercial Vehicle loans, Tractor loans, Two and Three Wheeler loans, Cars and MUV loans, Construction Equipment loans, Home loans, Secured MSME loans and Loan Against Property loan.

‘IKF Home Finance’ is a subsidiary of IFK Finance. It started off as an independent company to provide housing loan to middle and low income group and further it was acquired by IKF Finance. It now has 46 branches in 6 states across the country.

The major risk associated with investing in unlisted stocks is the liquidity risk. The possible exit route for investors is either to sell to another investor or wait till the company gets listed on the stock exchange.
